[Shearwater] St. Mary's Walk
새벽의 산책 (우포)사진을 시작하면서 이런 저런 분야를 공부하던 중 그런 지식들 보다 더 중요하고 잃지 말아야 할 마음 가짐을 되새겨 보았다. ... 사진 찍을 것이 없다고 불평하기보다 내가 그것을 찾지 못하고 있음을 인정 하는 법 훌륭한 사진, 기술과 의도, 주장, 목표 이런 욕심들보다 존재 그 자체의 소중함이 먼저 라는 것 사진에 어울리지 않은 풍경이나 사물이라 해서 그것의 가치가 떨어지지 않는다는 너무도 당연한 사실 설령 만족한 사진을 얻었더래도 내가 한 것은 그저 셔터만 눌렀을 뿐 그 풍경은 만든 것은 내가 아니라 이 세상이라는 것. 사진에서 가장 중요한 기술은 그 시간, 그 장소에서 내가 그 세상과 함께 존재 하는 것. 그 곳에 내가 있고 내가 그것을 바라볼 수 있기에 사진의 가능성이 겨우 생긴다는 것. - 하늘의 세상을 보는 마음 - No. A1
