Avast Quarantine 내의 파일에서 Delete
해당 파일을 선택 후 윈도우 하단의 Delete

해당 파일의 삭제 실패시

안전모드 진입
1. 해당 파일이 없는 것을 확인
2. 안전모드도 부팅
3. 탐색기에서 C:\ProgramData\Avast Software\Avast\chest 폴더내의 index.xml 파일을 삭제 (이름변경)
4. 재부팅
